Crossroads at Terrell Development

Located at the junction of I-20, SH 34, and Spur 557 and near US 80, the Crossroads at Terrell is a 255-acre, 600,000 square foot major power retail center that offers mixed-use space for office, retail, hotel, service and apartments.

The center is anchored by the 74,000 square foot Film Alley Movie Entertainment Center owned by Schulman Theatres. Terrell Market Center

Located adjacent to the Crossroads at Terrell, Terrell Market Center is an 89-acre tract at the junction of FM148 and I-20. Anchored by Buc-ee’s, a super-sized 62,000 square-foot travel plaza that receives over 6,000 vehicle trips daily, Terrell Market Center has over 37-acres of mixed-use development consisting of restaurants, retail and hotels.

The Shops at Terrell features over 177,000 square feet of leading designers and brand name manufacturers. The Shops at Terrell are a popular regional attraction, with 85% of its customer base located outside of Terrell, coming from as far away as Shreveport. The outlet mall is in a high-traffic area, located off I-20 near SH 34.
