City of Terrell Breaks Ground on New Fire Station #3

On the crisp morning of January 28th at 9 a.m., city officials, firefighters, and community members gathered at 4 Rexel Court to celebrate the groundbreaking of Terrell Fire Station #3. Hosted by CORE Construction, the general contractor for the project, the event marked a significant step toward enhancing emergency response services for the growing community.

Strategically located to improve coverage and reduce response times, the new fire station will feature state-of-the-art facilities to support the Terrell Fire Department’s mission of protecting lives and property. City leaders, along with representatives from CORE Construction and the fire department, ceremoniously turned the first shovels of dirt, signifying the official start of construction.
