2025 Leadership Summit to Feature National and Local Leadership Experts

TERRELL, TX — June 3, 2025 — The Terrell Economic Development Corporation (TEDC) is proud to announce the 2025 Leadership Summit, a premier professional development event taking place on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, in Terrell, Texas at the Jamie Foxx Performing Arts Center located at 400 Poetry Road.  Designed to empower, connect, and equip today’s professionals, the summit will feature nationally acclaimed speakers and dynamic panelists offering real-world leadership strategies for organizations of all sizes.

The summit will open with an interactive corporate presentation by the award-winning comedy troupe Four Day Weekend, widely known for their innovative approach to team development and corporate training. Their signature “Yes, And” methodology teaches audiences how to foster collaboration, enhance communication, and embrace adaptability—key principles for high-performing leadership teams.

The event will continue with a Leadership Panel Discussion featuring influential local business leaders, who will share their unique experiences navigating challenges, fostering innovation, and building resilient organizations within the Terrell region and beyond.

At 2:30 PM, the summit will culminate with a keynote address by JP Dinnell, leadership instructor with Echelon Front and former U.S. Navy SEAL. Dinnell brings high-impact lessons from his time in combat, offering actionable insights on extreme ownership, accountability, and mission-driven leadership.

The summit will conclude with a networking session, generously sponsored by Trinity Valley Community College, providing attendees the opportunity to connect with regional professionals, industry leaders, and potential collaborators.
