August 3, 2017

Schulman Theatres, Schulman Partners and Oakridge Investments are pleased to announce the groundbreaking of the Film Alley Movie Entertainment Center located at the Crossroads at Terrell in Terrell, Texas which is centrally located in Kaufman County on the eastern edge of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.  The 74,000+ square foot facility is located at the northwest corner of the Interstate 20 and FM 148intersection. Crossroads at Terrell is a 255-acre master planned regional retail and mixed-used development serving the eastern side of DFW and greater East Texas area.  The Crossroads at Terrell development is adjacent to the existing Terrell Market Center development which is anchored by a 62,000 square foot Buc-ee’s Travel Center and a 52-acre future Baylor Scott & White Health medical concentration.

The overall Crossroads at Terrell infrastructure commenced in June and the Film Alley vertical construction is scheduled to start as early as this September and we expect to open for business in late September of 2018!

Film Alley Terrell will have many things to enjoy including:

·                     Eight Dine-In Auditoriums

·                     Twenty-Four Lanes of Bowling

·                     4,500 Square Feet of arcade

·                     Bar and Grille

Our State of the art All-Digital auditoriums will include:

·                     Full Service Dining

·                     Recliner Seating

·                     One immersive sound auditorium

·                     One Large Format Auditorium

The bowling lanes are configured in a boutique style format featuring a family bowl layout suitable for league play as well as a more intimate bowling room with capability to host a variety of corporate or other high-end events.

The 4,500-square foot arcade will be filled with the latest in video and redemption games available and a redemption store featuring fabulous prizes.

Finally, the centrally located Bar and Grille will quickly become the place to go for great food, drinks and watching the big game. All of our dishes will be made in our scratch kitchen where each item will be handcrafted with homemade ingredients!

We are so excited to be part of this wonderful community and are looking forward to being able to provide family friendly entertainment to Kaufman County for years to come!  We would like to thank the Terrell Economic Development Corporation, the City of Terrell and Kaufman County for all of their assistance with this project.
