The Customer Care Specialist provides a consistently positive and professional customer service experience in response to customer service inquiries and problems via inbound and outbound telephone calls and web delivery in a call center environment. The Specialist opens deposit accounts and assesses customer needs to identify opportunities to provide the customer with desired products and services or refers the customer to appropriate bank staff for further assistance. The Customer Care Specialist also supports business customers with online bill pay, internet loan assistance, and QuickBooks and Quicken software assistance. This Customer Care Unit Specialist may be required to travel to and from the customers' place of business.
